Our Cruising LifeWe're Vicky Stirling and Gene Merrill. We built our boat, Atmosphere, in Fremantle, Western Australia. In April 2004, we left Fremantle to cruise across the top of Australia. Our dream-cruise has been a 4 years of excitement, some boredom, and many unexpected experiences. During the trip, Vicky painted numerous watercolours and made some prints. Some of these are available for sale as originals, full-resolution digital images, and as reduced-resolution images (for downloading at no cost). We've published three articles about our experiences and adventures. Vicky and Gene confirm that no animals were harmed in making this website (except fish).
